Hi, my name is Maria - thank you for looking over my website. 


Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked within the advice, guidance and supported housing sector for over 20 years - working with a varied caseload of clients. 


I hold a HE Diploma in person-centred counselling from Glyndwr University and work with individual adults aged 18+. 


I love to develop myself both personally and professionally. Some recent training includes: Trauma and the menopause, advanced diploma in CBT, relational depth, C-PTSD, ACE's, childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence, diploma in child psychology, trauma, pluralistic counselling, single session therapy, online counselling.
