Cost:

£50 per 60 minute counselling session.

£25 per 30 minute counselling session.

£60 for a Rewind session.

Frequency:

You decide how often to attend therapy. 

You might prefer weekly, fortnightly, monthly - your choice.

I mostly work face to face from my private therapy room in Hoole, Chester.

What next:

If you choose to book a counselling session, we will agree a date and time. Then, I will send further information including the counselling agreement terms and conditions. 

The first session might feel daunting, and you may not be sure where to start. That is perfectly natural. I can gently guide you towards a comfortable starting point.
