Cost:

£55.00 for a 60 minute counselling session.

£27.50 for a 30 minute counselling session.

Frequency:

You decide how often to attend. 

You might prefer weekly, fortnightly, monthly - your choice.

You are welcome to get in touch via contact form, email or text, and I will get back to you within 24 hours. 

I offer a free, no obligation 15 minute initial consultation to discuss how we might work together. 

Where:

I mostly work in person from my private therapy room on City Walls Road, Chester.

I also offer online and telephone options. 

What next:

If you choose to book a counselling session, we will agree a date and time. Then, I will email further information including the terms and conditions.
